When you arrive at our office, you'll be warmly welcomed by a member of our team and invited to sit down to finalize a few remaining details and complete the rental agreement together. This is also the perfect time to ask any last-minute questions or go over your travel plans – we're happy to share tips or advice. Once the paperwork is complete, we'll move over to your vehicle for a detailed handover. We'll demonstrate how to set up and pack away your rooftop tent, walk you through how all the camping equipment works, and show you exactly what's included in your rental. Our goal is to ensure you're 100% comfortable and confident before you hit the road. This process usually takes about an hour to an hour and a half.

When planning your trip, please ensure you allow sufficient time between your arrival in Namibia and your vehicle collection. Factors such as flight delays, customs clearance, baggage collection, and immigration queues can impact your arrival time. To avoid unnecessary stress or delays in your rental handover, we recommend booking your vehicle collection for at least a day after your scheduled arrival, especially for international flights. This helps ensure a smooth start to your journey and allows us to give you a full, unhurried vehicle handover and briefing.
Also please note that the Airport is situated 40km from Windhoek, kindly take this travel time into consideration as well.
